Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

Welcome to AIQuickTest.org. By using our website and services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. What we do

AIQuickTest.org allows users to upload video files for analysis by a third-party AI detection service. We provide you with a verdict indicating the likelihood that the content was generated or altered by artificial intelligence, along with a shareable certificate, an embed badge, and a PDF report summarizing the result.

2. Accuracy of results

AI detection technology is probabilistic, not absolute. No detection system can guarantee 100% accuracy. The verdicts, percentages, and certificates we provide reflect the output of our detection partner's models at the time of scanning and should not be treated as definitive proof of a video's origin. AIQuickTest.org makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy of any scan result.

3. Your content

You must own the rights to any video you upload, or have permission to upload it. You agree not to upload content that is illegal, infringes on someone else's rights, or violates the policies of our detection partners.

4. File handling and retention

5. Certificates and verification links

Each scan generates a certificate accessible via a unique link. Certificates are valid for the period stated at the time of scanning. AIQuickTest.org reserves the right to retire or archive certificates after their validity period ends.

6. Payment and subscriptions

Some features require payment, as described on our pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers; we do not store your full payment card details.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIQuickTest.org and its operators are not liable for any decisions made based on scan results, including but not limited to content removal, employment decisions, legal proceedings, or reputational harm. Use of our service is at your own risk.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
